Taiwan travelogue 3
Breakfast greated all, before proceeding to 阿里山森林公园. the sunrays shone through the window panes and we had to squint to get a clear view of the magnificant scenery out there. At the bottom of the mountain, the air was so fresh it overwhelms you. the trees were so tall, you could hardly see its tip. every sight has its own story. after a short hour of guide through the forest, our 奶油饼 saved our hunger pangs. fast forward, our next destination was love river (爱河) at 高雄. so the toursits have to do tourist thing and rode to and fro from the river. time then was in our control, we headed down to the biggest mall in taiwan, 夢時代購物中心 (Dream mall). high up in the sky, viewing through the windows, lights in the city brightens up the whole place. felt estatic after taking the ferris wheel alone. carousel was small but it brings the small kid out of me. and instead of going to 六合夜市, we cabbed to 瑞豐夜市 somewhere outside of kaohsiung city, where the locals frequent. and ohohoh. we love playing their games (tons), catching softtoys, and shopping (many), and eating (huge selection). oh. the best night market around.
